Sakura's Yokai Slayer Digest Movie

Nice to meet you. We're CyberFan, a team that creates independent games from Japan.

Pirota leads our main staff as a programmer/director, and siozo is our pixel art/main planner. We also have other capable sound and event exhibition staff.

We've been hard at work on a 2D action-adventure game, and now we're excited to share it with everyone on itch.io.
It is currently called "Sakura's Yokai Slayer," although this title may change in the future.

This is a vintage Japanese 16-bit like action game for Windows.
You will play as "Sakura," a miko (shrine maiden), who will fight the monsters and solve the mysteries of the cursed village.
Like classic games from the NES and SNES era, the story is not revealed until after gameplay.
The game's worldview and mysteries become clear as players advance through the game.
The game is currently only available in Japanese, but we are looking into the possibility of English support.

Most of the articles are in Japanese, but we will provide articles in English if people outside of Japan become supporters.
With your $3 monthly support, we can offer the current version of our game in development, designed for Windows.
However, please note that it currently only offers support for Japanese, which may not appeal to everyone.
We are working on a Steam release of the game, and it is compatible with SteamDeck.
